HELP: Newly created G+ community posts are not visible in the community feed after refresh. The post can be access with direct link but is not visible in the feed.

That happens when the community’s automated spam detection is triggered.
The post will remain hidden until a community moderator approves the post.

Daniel Fitzgerald the post may well be delayed by spam filter. I’ve tried it once more and the post appeared in the feed after 10 minutes.

It’s a known issue and is being investigated.
Send feedback via the app or desktop from the bottom of the left side slideout main menu.
The following information may also be useful:
If you are sharing into communities and your posts are not visible by anyone else but you, then there area number of possible reasons for this. Your posts may be Held for Review, or you’re not seeing the posts in the chronological order, or they are flagged as ‘potential spam’ and hidden from view.
1. Your posts may be being held for review by the moderators of the community

2. Your post may not be near the top of you have it set to sort by Top Posts
Go to the community settings of the community in question and if the posts are set to Top Posts, change it to Most Recent.
