Ramchandra Ranabhat friends+me takes your public rss feed and sends it to fb / twitter more or less. There are Google Chrome extensions that can do this for you though.

nick clark actually Friends+Me connects directly to Google+ API, there’s no RSS involved. Ramchandra Ranabhat what you’re looking for is browser extension.
